Sylvan D. Pomerantz co-founded Restoration Real Estate, LLC with his wife Barbara and his best friends Bruce and Karen Feinberg. Building on their combined experiences in design, marketing, finance, construction and real estate asset management, they set out to create a company that was committed to design and building excellence, while helping solve problems and issues in their client’s built environments.
Their vision was to build and renovate homes, bringing both design and construction expertise to their clients, along with impeccable customer service. In 2010, in keeping with this mission, the company’s name was changed to the Construction Solutions Group.
